There is nothing quite like the flavor of a jalapeno, spicy enough to give food a little kick, but mild enough to stuff and bake.  This variety matures quickly, giving gardeners with shorter growing seasons a chance to harvest plenty of these 2-3 inch peppers.  Harvest green, or wait till they turn red for a sweeter, bolder flavor and a little more heat.  Stocky 24" plants hold up well to heavy loads of peppers.
