This is the quintessential Italian tomato for sun drying!  Its low moisture content, few seeds, and rich flavor just were made for the perfect sun-dried tomato experience.  (Or use your dehydrator!)
They can also be roasted for thick, fragrant sauce, or sliced and added to pizzas.  Small, 1-2 oz fruit are borne in abundant clusters that hold well on the vine.  Continues to yield late into the summer.
 At the end of the season, whole plants are traditionally hung indoors to ripen the remaining fruit.
